We are seeking a **UI/UX Specialist** to lead the design, optimization, and performance analysis of our digital platforms, ensuring an intuitive and engaging experience for users. This role involves leveraging design expertise and data-driven insights to enhance user interfaces, increase conversion rates, and improve customer engagement.

**Requirements**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Design and optimize user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital tools.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to identify pain points and improve user experience.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and responsive functionality.
- Set up and analyze Google Analytics data to track user behavior, conversion rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform A/B testing and recommend UX improvements based on data insights.
- Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance user journey and drive sales or sign-ups.
- Conduct usability testing and continuously iterate based on feedback.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, best practices, and analytics tools.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, user behavior tracking, and data interpretation.
- Experience with A/B testing tools and CRO methodologies.
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
