**Compensation**: $2,300.00-$2,500.00 monthly (US Dollars) DOE
**Contract Phase**:
The initial phase of employment will be as a contractor, providing services remotely. Upon establishment of our Buenos Aires office, the contractor will be offered a full-time position to continue contributions onsite.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyze current UI/UX features and implement strategic design solutions to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and craft top-tier UI/UX designs for various digital platforms.
- Create and refine wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and clients.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive set of design standards and best practices to ensure brand consistency across all user interfaces.
- Ensure accessibility and ease of use in user interfaces, catering to a diverse range of users.
- Identify areas for improvement in the user journey and spearhead projects aimed at enhancing the usability of digital products.
- Lead user research and testing activities to gather insights and feedback, ensuring designs meet user expectations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design, integrating innovations into projects.
- Mentor and guide junior UI/UX designers, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging professional growth.
- Collaborate with marketing professionals to align UI/UX design with the company’s branding strategy, enhancing overall brand experience.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on user-centered design.
- Certifications from recognized institutions or industry bodies such as NN/g (Nielsen Norman Group) or CXPA (Customer Experience Professionals Association).
- Proficiency in creating designs that function seamlessly across different devices and platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure designs can be translated into functional interfaces.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility.
- Experience leading teams, managing design projects, and fostering a user-centric culture.
- Excellent documentation, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design decisions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
