We're seeking a highly motivated** Appointment Setter **to join our dynamic Sales Team In this role, you'll play a vital role in our success by prospecting for potential clients, qualifying their needs, and scheduling appointments with our experienced Sales Team. You'll be the first point of contact for businesses looking for staffing solutions, and your ability to build rapport and effectively communicate will be key.

**What You'll Do**:

- Proactively identify and research potential clients who could benefit from our staffing solutions.
- Effectively communicate our value proposition and answer prospect questions about our staffing services.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments within our CRM system.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

**You're a Perfect Fit If You Have**:

- English proficiency (Native / Advanced level C1+ or C2)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the staffing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident and persuasive approach, with the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with mínimal supervision.
- Familiarity with ATS & CRM platforms (HubSpot it's a plus)
