As a Global Talent Attraction Coordinator, you will be in charge of making those experiences (on-boarding, inductions, Learning & Development program, etc) happen for our GMT & GMBA programs. Being on-site or virtual, you will be responsible from end to end of those key moments for our talent.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Be the owner of tactics and execution of our Global Talent Programs (on boarding, inductions, Year 1 trainings)
- Liaise with vendors regarding services / trainings provided for our talents
Connect with our zone partners to make sure they have everything needed for them to run their local share of our Global Talent Programs
- **End-to-End Event Coordination**
- Plan: build agenda, connect with vendors, align with internal stakeholders, budget events, coordinate speakers, communicate with attendees
- Execute: run the day to day of events, solve problems that might arise, take care of speakers
- Wrap-up: close budget, send communications to attendees, insights on event feedback
- Communications: build and send communications assets to attendees and speakers
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications / PR, Human Resources.
- Solid organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and make things happen
- An ownership mentality that take things personal and pushes boundaries striving for amazing experiences
- Proven stakeholder relationship management with different cultures
- Background in project management, budgeting, and comms writing
- Language Proficiency: Advanced English.

Important Skills: Curious, analytical, problem solver, excellent communication skills, teamwork, autonomy, attention to detail, and resilient.
