We're looking for a Business Development Rock Star to join our team.

BizDev is a senior project manager with strong skills in marketing & sales who will responsible for the customer acquisition & retention.

**Who we are**

Brandsflow is an Amazon Brands Management agency with 8+ years of experience. We use data, AI, automation, and teamwork to skyrocket brand growth (both our own and our clients'). Our superpowers are **PPC, external traffic, ranking strategies, and data-driven growth**, powered by a **small but mighty** fully remote team speaking 4 languages. We know how to take any brand and any product on Amazon and make it **profitable**. We want to **make a difference** and **provide value** to as many Amazon sellers as possible, and we hope you'll help

**What you will be responsible for**:

- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to acquire new clients.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with existing clients to drive retention and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Identify and analyze market trends to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest e-commerce and Amazon best practices.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of Brandsflow.

**You Are**:

- A driven, results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in business development, ideally within the B2B or e-commerce space.
- A skilled problem-solver with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- A passionate communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Adept at marketing and sales techniques, possessing experience in customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- A data enthusiast who understands the power of data-driven decision making.
- Fluent English is a must. Spanish and other languages will help too

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $2,000,000.00 per month
