**Accounts Payable Jr. Accountant, your future position?**

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Lead, you will administrate supplier accounts, ensuring that the processes involved comply with the standards and procedures established by our organization, responding promptly to needs.

**Your main responsibilities will be**:

- Parking and posting of invoices for raw materials, goods and services, freight, with manual or electronic POs for North America.
- Internal customer service regarding travel expense claims Audit of T&E claims
- Troubleshoot in Concur
- Take care of own processes and documentation
- Work integrated and in solidarity with the teams.
- Execute the corresponding preventive and detective controls according to the ICONS matrix.
- Archive and order of digital documentation
- Register and update suppliers in the region
- Perform other tasks inherent to the sector requested by the immediate superior.

**Your professional profile includes**:

- Student or graduate in Administration or related fields.
- 1+ years of similar experience.
- Fluent English.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
