**Descripción del Puesto**:
Buscamos un Project Manager apasionado y orientado a resultados para liderar la implementación de un proyecto masivo de Business Planning Consolidation (BPC) en un banco de renombre. Aunque la experiência bancaria no es un requisito, valoramos la capacidad de liderar equipos en entornos desafiantes.

**Responsabilidades**:
**1. Gestión de Proyecto**:

- Liderar la implementación end-to-end del proyecto BPC.
- Coordinar actividades y recursos para cumplir con los plazos y objetivos.

**2. Liderazgo de Equipo**:

- Dirigir y motivar a un equipo diverso en la ejecución de tareas complejas.
- Facilitar la comunicación efectiva entre los miembros del equipo.

**3. Implementación BPC**:

- Supervisar la configuración y personalización de BPC y otros software relacionados.
- Garantizar la alineación del proyecto con las metas y procesos del banco.

**4. Colaboración Interdepartamental**:

- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con diferentes departamentos para garantizar la integración sin problemas de BPC.

**5. Resolución de Problemas**:

- Identificar y abordar proactivamente los desafíos en la implementación.
- Asegurar la calidad y eficiencia del proceso de consolidación.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência previa en gestión de proyectos, preferiblemente en implementaciones de software a gran escala.
- Habilidades demostradas de liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
- Familiaridad con Business Planning Consolidation (BPC) o tecnologías similares.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno bancario y comprender los procesos financieros es una ventaja, pero no esencial.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar a tiempo completo en la oficina en Ciudad de México, DF.
