We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead and optimize our infrastructure, ensure deployment efficiency, and enhance system reliability. This role will be critical in building automated pipelines, managing Kubernetes environments, optimizing cloud performance, and improving security practices across our platform.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and system security. You will work closely with our development team to ensure seamless deployments, optimize system performance, and drive automation at every level.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Infrastructure Management: Design and maintain scalable, cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- CI/CD Automation: Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Manage and optimize Docker and Kubernetes clusters for scalable microservices.
- Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for IAM, secrets management, SOC2 compliance, and vulnerability scanning.
- Monitoring & Incident Response: Set up observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) for system health monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Database Performance & Scaling: Assist in PostgreSQL performance tuning and database management.
- Networking & Load Balancing: Configure firewalls, reverse proxies, and traffic routing for optimal performance.
- Disaster Recovery & Backup Strategies: Implement robust backup, failover, and recovery processes.
- Collaboration & DevOps Culture: Work with developers to ensure best practices for deployment, scaling, and reliability.

**Qualifications**
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, including EC2, IAM, S3, Lambda, and networking.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes for managing microservices.
- CI/CD & Automation: Proficiency in GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Expertise in Terraform or Ansible for managing infrastructure.
- Security & Compliance: Understanding of SOC2 compliance, IAM policies, and security best practices.
- Monitoring & Logging: Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack, or Datadog for system monitoring.
- Networking & Performance Optimization: Experience with NGINX, HAProxy, and load balancing.
- Strong proficiency in Java
- Working knowledge of Keycloak Authentication Platform
- Working knowledge of Spring Boot Framework

**Preferred Skills**
- GraphQL API Management: Understanding of GraphQL API optimizations for backend services.
- Serverless & Edge Computing: Familiarity with Lambda functions, Cloudflare Workers, or serverless architectures.
- ML & AI Pipelines: Experience with MLOps tools and optimizing AI workloads in production.
