**Sr. DevOps Engineer**

**Duties**:

- Unit 42 is at the forefront of cybersecurity, offering industry-leading expertise to support enterprises and organizations worldwide.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure our systems scale effectively across diverse user personas and geographical locations.
- Pioneer and implement modern cloud service developments for our team.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Bash and Python for scripting and automation.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms; GCP is preferred.
- Deep knowledge of Terraform and other HashiCorp tools.
- Strong proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines and Configuration Management; familiarity with GitLab CI is preferred.
- Security-focused mindset with expertise in cloud security technologies (e.g., Firewall, DDoS mitigation, Pen Testing, Authentication).
- Experience with monitoring and metrics systems such as Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana, InfluxDB.
- Proficiency in virtualized and containerized environments, specifically Kubernetes and Docker.
- Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, Cassandra.
- Background in fast-paced startup environments with a strong emphasis on scalability and reliability.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in designing and developing scalable RESTful APIs is preferred.
- Familiarity with automation testing tools and services (e.g., Puppeteer, Selenium, Cypress) is desirable.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices is desirable.

**Salary**:

- $3,000 Usd dollars per month

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $2,844,711.90 per month
