**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor system health and performance, utilizing advanced tools to detect, diagnose, and resolve issues proactively.
- Use diagnostic tools to verify service availability and functionality, developing testing scenarios that mimic user behavior and interaction.
- Manage production support tickets from inception to resolution, prioritizing issues based on severity and impact on business operations.
- Conduct thorough assessments of Java JVM environments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing performance enhancements.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on incident status, technical challenges, and resolution plans.
- Lead triage calls during incidents, facilitating collaboration among technical teams to ensure a coordinated and efficient response to emergencies.
