Vendor Project Manager

As a Vendor Project Manager, you will provide leadership to a group of specialized Ads Quality Analysts.

**Project Details**:
**Location**: Remote/work from home. Buenos Aires, Argentina. Even though the position is WFH, you must reside in the country/state noted in this description. This will be automatically checked during the hiring process.
**Hours**: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
**Project Duration**: 12 months (with possibility of extension).

**Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of daily rating tasks and ensuring on-time delivery of Ads Rating goals.
You will be a critical link in communicating and collaborating with the program team regarding everyday challenges, successes, and metrics that the Ads Quality Analysts face in their rating tasks.
You’ll be part of a wider team of data scientists, analysts, and expert raters working to improve the digital experience for end-users across the world.
In other words, you will lead a team of Ads Quality Analysts to the successful delivery of Ads Rating goals.

**Requisitos**:
**Requirements**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A track record of managing diverse teams to achieve a shared goal. Experience and interest in the cutting-edge technology of AI-driven search engines and/or localization. Excellent understanding and use of English (written and spoken). 3+ years' experience in leading and/or managing a team to deliver on set goals and expectations. Experience in AI data project execution. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree. Familiar with working in an Agile development environment. Must sign a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement.
