Job PurposeThe Global Vendor Analyst is responsible for supporting the company's internal business partners with full, analytical findings, as well as advancing the overall Vendor Strategies.
This role will work with the Vendor Management team to use analytical techniques and identify processes that can be improved to reduce costs and gain efficiencies.
The analyst will present findings to the business and must be comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization.
Primary Job ResponsibilitiesVendor Management - Performance & Governance (40%)Produce clear, fully understandable work products to outline business opportunities and actionable recommendations.Transform data into insights by leveraging internal and external tools to identify and quantify opportunities within Global's footprint.Build studies that add substantial value to the decision-making process through proactive data analysis, reporting, and research.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements, execute quickly, and ensure the right approach and effort.Engage operational staff on special projects.Ensure vendors adhere to all operational deliverables and obligations outlined in the contract.Operations Excellence (20%)Identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements.Engage with vendors on continuous improvement opportunities.Channel improvement ideas into actionable tasks.Identify opportunities for additional vendor engagement.Work with EXL vendors on required deliverables, including invoice validation, performance credit review, corporate advance tracking, and GER budget updates.Volume Forecasting and Workforce Management (10%)Act as the liaison between workforce management and vendors to ensure accurate volume forecasts.Participate in financial planning and vendor budget preparation.Ensure timely volume forecasts are provided to vendors based on contractual periods.Cost Management (25%)Track forecast and actual invoice leakage to manage costs effectively.Outline key performance indicators (KPIs) for each function and monitor adherence.Validate volumes for invoicing purposes.Ensure invoices are validated and processed accurately each month.Reporting and Other Duties (5%)Provide management reports as required.Participate in ad hoc special projects.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.5 years' experience in operations, call centers, or vendor relations.Comfortable working with both technology and business aspects.Prior experience in business or process analysis.Ability to prioritize, organize, and work independently or as part of a project team.3+ years' experience in data analysis, including translating data into recommendations.3+ years' experience in analytical roles involving data extraction, analysis, statistical or machine learning modeling, and communication.Other RequirementsAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Good interpersonal skills to work across departments and geographies.Able to work occasionally outside US working hours.Strong analytical and research skills, with an innovative approach to problem solving.Si consideras que reúnes los requisitos para el puesto y te gustan los desafíos, no lo dudesPostúlate
