The mission of the Customer Success Specialist is to provide new customers with a seamless Avature onboarding experience. They act as advisors, guiding clients closely to become effective and autonomous users of the system.
Your challenges and objectives
- Develop relationships that promote retention and loyalty, maintaining an ongoing communication with the customer and the assigned internal stakeholders, from contract signing through account stability.
- Accelerate system adoption through ongoing guidance and preparation, in collaboration with different internal Avature teams.
- Facilitate a seamless handover process among internal stakeholders to optimize interactions with customers.

Your day-to-day activities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and liaison between different Avature teams.
- Align expectations with the customer at every stage and make sure information flows smoothly across teams.
- Ensure customers are equipped with the knowledge and resources they need to get the most out of Avature.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, maintaining information consistency and goal alignment.
- Bring client feedback on existing processes to Avature teams and raise issues as required for resolution or escalation.

About you
- English proficiency is a must.
- Resourceful and proactive.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Sound decision-making and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles and project management.
- Knowledge of implementation processes in the SaaS industry is a plus.
