**HustlerMarketing is looking for a Graphic Designer.***:
We're looking for a highly creative person that loves new challenges and knows how to handle the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing agency. A growth mindset, self-initiative, and versatile creativity are needed.

As for clients, our list is incredibly diverse, with stores ranging from 300K-20M/year in revenue in nearly every niche you can think of.

**What you’ll do**:

- Create and develop smart, strategic concepts in design.
- Communicate design ideas verbally and visually to team members and clients.
- Work with the design team on developing and maintaining brand standards, ensuring a high level of quality, and establishing a consistent look and feel across materials.

**Are you ready to join our dynamic e-commerce marketing team?**:
**Requirements**:

- Solid understanding of design principles.
- Consistent capacity of 30-35h/week (140h/m).
- Being available and responsive during 15:00 - 18:00 BCN Time (Mon-Fri).
- Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing (doesn’t need to be your native language).
- Previous remote work experience is a big advantage.
- Familiarity Slack, Asana, and G-Suite
- A Results-driven attitude every day.
- Very high attention to detail.
- Ability to learn/adapt fast.
- Ability to be accountable, consistent, and responsible (radical ownership). A laptop or PC with a fast, stable internet connection.
