**Responsibilities**:
- Overseeing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are accurately completed.
- Maintaining and updating HR files and records with a high level of confidentiality and precision.
- Addressing employee questions and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Collecting, reviewing, and verifying timesheets and attendance records, and ensuring payroll data is entered correctly.
- Assisting in conducting regular audits to ensure HR procedures comply with company policies and relevant legal standards.
- Managing HR databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and secure.
- Monitoring and tracking employee training programs and ensuring timely completion.
- Offering ideas and input to improve HR processes and workflow within the department.
**Required Attributes**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong desire to continuously learn and improve.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to multitask effectively.
