Teleperformance is looking for Bilingual Team Leader.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and promote a pleasant working environment for employees.
- Ensure compliance with the internal policies and processes of Teleperformance and its clients.
- Meet and achieve the KPIs assigned by Teleperformance and its clients.
- Ensure compliance with company´s security policies and standards.
- Keep informed about process updates.

**Tasks**:

- Plan daily priorities.
- Develop motivational tools for your team.
- Analyze root cause and reasons for deviation.
- Control the normal development of tasks on the Operations floor.
- Develop KPI action plans with the respective support areas.
- Analyze and track daily absenteeism.
- Report updates and corporate goals to your team.
- Monitor the results and generate action plans to improve indicators.
- Monitor and coach the agents in your team on a daily basis.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual English (mandatory)
- Previous experience of more than 1 year leading teams.
- Intermediate Office skills.
- Completed High School (mandatory)
- Place of Work: On-site in CABA (Downtown area)
