We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced US Tax Analyst - Team Leader to join our growing team and lead the tax department for one of our leading clients in the Accounting Industry.

**In this role, you will**:

- Oversee all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and accounting for a leading client.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize efficiency.
- Prepare and review corporate tax returns with exceptional accuracy.
- Manage tax provision and financial statement preparation according to GAAP.
- Stay updated on tax law changes and communicate their impact to stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth tax research and analysis to support decision-making.
- Leverage accounting and tax software to streamline processes and ensure accuracy.
- Provide tax guidance and support to internal teams on financial reporting and planning.
- Supervise and mentor a multinational team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
- Lead and coordinate tax audits and inquiries, collaborating with external auditors and authorities.
- Work effectively with legal, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment on tax initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, motivating and inspiring your team to achieve goals.

**To be successful, you will have**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification is required.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in business/corporate taxes, with a focus on compliance, planning, and accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting and tax return preparation software (e.g., QuickBooks, TurboTax).
- Expertise in MS Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach with a desire for continuous learning.
- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Experience supervising and leading multinational teams is a plus.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
