**Resumen del Puesto**:Libertad Academy está en búsqueda de un **Influencer/Streamer Talent** innovador y altamente motivado para desarrollar y gestionar nuestro portafolio de influencers y streamers. Este rol es crucial para impulsar la visibilidad y el alcance de nuestra academia en los mercados de Ecuador, Chile, Argentina y Perú a través de campañas de marketing digital y afiliados de alto rendimiento.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollar y gestionar un portafolio de influencers y streamers enfocados en la educación digital.
- Diseñar y ejecutar campañas de afiliados utilizando modelos de CPL (Costo por Lead), CPA (Costo por Adquisición), y optimizando tasas de conversión (CR) para maximizar resultados.
- Analizar y replicar las mejores campañas de proyectos educativos, asegurando su adaptación y éxito en diferentes mercados.
- Mantener relaciones continuas con los influencers y streamers, asegurando su compromiso y alineación con los objetivos de la marca.
- Buscar e interactuar con influencers para construir asociaciones sólidas.
- Negociar contratos y gestionar relaciones con influencers.
- Idear y ejecutar campañas innovadoras de marketing con influencers.
- Monitorear y reportar el rendimiento de las campañas, ajustando estrategias según sea necesario para mejorar los resultados.

**Requisitos Obligatorios**:

- Deseable experiência en plataformas educativas digitales como por ejemplo Digital House, CoderHouse, Platzi o Crehana.
- Comprobada experiência en la gestión de campañas de afiliados con alto rendimiento en CPL, CPA, y CR.
- Conocimiento profundo de los mercados de Ecuador, Chile, Argentina y Perú.
- Habilidad para crear y gestionar un portafolio de influencers/streamers desde cero.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo.
