**Hubspot Customer Success Manager**:
**Compensation**: $2,500-$3,000/month + bonuses
**Schedule**: 8-5 or 9-6pm Eastern
**Location**: Remote from Latin America
**Reports To**: Team Lead - Client Delivery

Their clients span SaaS, professional services, and mission-driven organizations, and their work includes designing onboarding systems, reporting frameworks, and automation that actually delivers results.

The team is **remote-first, fast-moving, and collaborative**—with a culture built on feedback, ownership, and building systems that last.

**Role Overview**:
The **Customer Success Manager (CSM)** plays a critical role in ensuring clients achieve measurable success with HubSpot. Acting as a consultant, project manager, and trusted advisor, you’ll guide clients through onboarding, managed services, and optimization projects.

You’ll own client relationships, ensure delivery is smooth and outcomes are achieved, and work closely with internal specialists and developers to bring strategies to life.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build strong, long-term partnerships that drive retention and growth.
- Lead regular check-ins, QBRs, and handle escalations when needed.

**Project & Delivery Oversight**
- Own the delivery of HubSpot onboarding and managed service projects.
- Translate client goals into clear deliverables and coordinate with internal specialists.
- Ensure tasks, timelines, and outcomes remain on track.

**Consulting & Strategy**
- Advise clients on HubSpot best practices across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
- Recommend process improvements and identify upsell opportunities.
- Guide clients on reporting, attribution, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and automation strategies.

**Internal Collaboration**
- Partner with Implementation Specialists, Developers, and Team Leads to ensure seamless delivery.
- Share feedback from client interactions to improve playbooks, processes, and documentation.
- Support training and enablement sessions for client teams.

**Success Metrics**:

- High client retention and renewal rates.
- Expansion and upsell revenue from existing accounts.
- Timely and accurate delivery of projects.
- Strong client satisfaction (measured via surveys and feedback).
- Long-term relationships that align with business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting (ideally in SaaS, Marketing Ops, or RevOps).
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM (Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs).
- Experience managing multiple client projects at once.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into HubSpot processes and reporting frameworks.

**Nice to Have**
- HubSpot Certifications (Inbound, Marketing, Sales, or Service).
- Experience working in an agency or consulting environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or similar.
