**About the Role**

This is a **remote position for professionals in LATAM**, working with a prestigious USA-based client. Proficiency in **English (Intermediate-Advanced)** is essential for effective collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the **QA Lead POC** for Salesforce-related projects.
- Guide and mentor nearshore/offshore QA teams.
- Analyze business requirements to design and create new test cases.
- Maintain and enhance manual and automated test suites.
- Collaborate with project teams for end-to-end system integration testing.
- Prepare and present comprehensive test reports, tracking defects and suggesting fixes.
- Identify end-to-end scenarios, ensuring code modularity and robustness.

**What Are We Looking For?**
We’re seeking a **QA Leader** with a strong foundation in Salesforce and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- **7+ years** of QA experience, including leadership roles.
- Hands-on experience with **Salesforce/Service Cloud** and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with **Warranty Systems** (Tavant Warranty On Demand preferred).
- Proficiency in programming languages like **TypeScript/JavaScript** (Logic Level required).
- Strong expertise in **DB/SQL** and test automation frameworks like **Selenium** and **Playwright**.
- Experience with CI tools (e.g., **Jenkins**, **Azure DevOps**) and source code management tools (e.g., **GIT**).
- Deep understanding of the **software development lifecycle** and Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact directly with client and business teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
