**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As an associate you will work in a team that implements solutions to the most complex problems. We manage the delivery of cutting-edge processes, leveraging Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, enabling the firm to operate with maximum efficiency, in compliance with regulations and in new markets and products.

You will work closely with senior leadership to problem solve and drive execution and implementation of strategic regulatory initiatives. It necessitates excellent communication across diverse stakeholder groups, a can-do attitude and a thirst for knowledge.

**Job responsibilities**
- Lead meetings and presentations, at the operational and project level; work with program management to help prioritise work across impacted areas.
- Manage appropriately sized project workstreams, produce, and maintain project plans, business requirements and adoption plans.
- Identify and influence the key stakeholders required to deliver the project work. Act as an escalation point for wider stakeholder issues to make all parties aware of overall project impact, facilitating management decisions at the earliest opportunity.
- Ensure all stakeholders are aware and appraised of key developments; maintain living, evolving, documentation to ensure there is clarity of both the current status and next steps. Provide continuous feedback on plan status; ensure information is shared, issues escalated and addressed timely.
- Facilitate and actively partake in requirement walkthroughs with SMEs and key business users, obtain, review, and understand project requirements so that you can effectively lead the project, assess risks and issues, actively help solve problems that may arise, and ensure robust solutions are delivered to meet the specified business requirements.
- Grow understanding of the business, end to end onboarding process and stakeholder environment in order to actively shape the operating model and challenge assumptions.
- Identify, document, and communicate risks and dependencies affecting deliveries; drive their resolution. Actively identify, manage & escalate Risks, Issues & Dependencies, whilst continuing to own mitigation.
- Demonstrate effective controls around the introduction of change and or process improvements. Follow the prescribed WKO Change Management process.
- Deliver process change to an agreed plan in a controlled manner, with alignment to milestones where required.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline Governance and Control activities and then drive through changes to implement those changes.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Project Management Skills**: A basic understanding of project requirements, project delivery process, business analysis, testing success factors, and implementation guidelines. Familiarity with project management methodologies/tools would be an advantage - but a willingness to learn is a pre-requisite.
- **Communications Skills**: Solid communication skills, written, verbal & visualization, coupled with the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization, influence others & gain consensus.
- **Problem Solving Skills**: Have great attention to detail, a naturally inquisitive approach to problem solving, and a very high-quality bar.
- **Outlook**: A motivated, experienced self-starter approach with an excellent problem-solving mind-set - ability to drive a positive action orientated approach to define and broker solutions, and resolve conflict across teams. A team player able to work effectively as part of a hardworking, close-knit team. Result oriented attitude. Ability to be flexible, work to tight deadlines and prioritise work.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to work with large data sets and establish trends to form and validate process decisions.
- **Technical skills**: Required: Solid PC skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Product Knowledge**: A basic understanding the Know Your Customer(KYC) processes and associated Know Your Customer(KYC) systems.
- **Flexibility**: Flexible work hours in support of a global support model
- **Qualifications**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, professional project management certification (e.g., PRINCE 2) or equivalent work experience.
