- You will manage the delivery of end-to-end HR Services, covering the provisioning of transactional/operational HR services to the business across Core Employee Admin,1st Level Advisory Services, Data Input and Reporting, Talent and Performance Management, Learning, On-boarding, Compensation to provide efficient HR services to Givaudan employees.- You will report to the Global HR Services Lead.**You will**:

- Guide high quality and HR advisory and end-to-end HR services following policy and service agreements ensuring that legal requirements are met
- Build collaborative and professional partnerships with HR colleagues and other partners
- Develop and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for HR Services under the guidance of seniors, to maintain efficiency and consistency in service, including necessary manual / digital forms and FAQs, policy and quick guides and other relevant engagement materials held on Givaudan Platforms
- Guide the assigned team on implementation of SOPs for delivering excellent customer service and provide technical guidance to team members
- Develop a team of HR Services to ensure that the team meets its goals to provide an excellent service and seek continuous improvement
- Lead any project work by the Global HR Services Lead
- Manage escalations from customers and partners
- Monitor performance of the assigned team against agreed goals, taking corrective action to improve individual performance
- Take active part in employee selection, career and skills development, succession planning, and training
- Ensure that necessary training plans are taking place in the department
- Ensure identification of strengths and areas of improvement and definition of relevant development plans for team members
- Provide recognition and constant feedback
- Manage vendor relations and service delivery through defined service level agreements and key performance indicators
- Ensure collaboration among multiple HR teams for knowledge sharing and to deliver an integrated employee experience
- Review current process and external best practices to identify trends and developments and improve overall HR Service delivery

**Your professional profile includes**:

- College or University degree
- Excellent English language skills - Portuguese desirable
- Familiarity with HR terminology
- 3+ years of experience supervising staff, experience working and supervising teams in a shared service environment
- Experience managing performance against Service level agreements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in HRS role or equivalent
- Ticket system experience
- Knowledge of Success-factors is a great advantage
