Cada Squad está compuesto por equipos interdisciplinarios con un propósito de negocio claro que busca el agregado de valor a las Apps de IUDÚ. Se desempeñan en un marco de trabajo Agile guiados por el proceso Scrum. A su vez, formarás parte de una Transversal de desarrollo integrada por todos desarrolladores de IUDÚ donde tendrás la posibilidad de aportar tus conocimientos y hacer crecer todas tus habilidades especificas logrando los mejores estándares de desarrollo software y calidad en los productos. De esta manera podrás armar tu plan de carrera orientándola al crecimiento dentro del negocio y/o de tus capacidades técnicas específicas.

**Requisitos**:
**Qué habilidades esperamos que aportes**: - Al menos 3 años de experiência en desarrollo de software con Angular IONIC / Capacitor. - Conocimientos Cloud Platform y utilización de API rest - Deseable.NET Core y SQL Server - Al pertenecer a un Squad interdisciplinario será indispensable la capacidad de poder llevar tus conocimientos técnicos a un lenguaje natural con el fin de poder diseñar soluciones junto a expertos del negocio pero sin experiência en el desarrollo de software. - Compromiso y capacidad de adaptarse a las necesidades de transformación que requiera el negocio para dar lo mejor a nuestros clientes. - Capacidad de compartir conocimientos técnicos y experiência con pares de la misma especialidad técnica.
