- Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility
- The Payroll Coordinator position supervises payroll activities for NCRs Americas region, with the primary focus on Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Mexico, Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

- Oversees the daily operations of payroll tasks for the region including acting as the back-up for each country in the event of an outage.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll wages, tax withholdings and other company deductions.
- Acts as the first level escalation for complaints and complex error resolution.
- Provides training to the team on policies, regulations, and processes.
- Completion of regulatory and internal payroll tax, labor and wage reporting as assigned.
- Assists in vendor management and resolves any issues.
- Assists with payroll audits, both internal and external.
- Accurate and timely creation, posting and reconciliation of payroll ledger accounts as assigned.
- This position will report to the LATAM Payroll Manager and will be based in the Argentina office with a hybrid schedule.
- The job timings will be hybrid, based upon the LATAM Payroll Managers approval.
- Required Qualifications:

- English skills required, both verbal and written.
- 3+ years of experience in payroll processing in the preferred countries
- Intermediate Excel Skills
- Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business administration/accounting
- Established knowledge of payroll concepts for supported countries
- Knowledge of Workday, ADP, and NGA systems
- Previous Supervisor experience preferred
