**About the Role**
We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our Engineering team at Metamap. The Solutions Engineer - Argentina will directly be involved in interfacing with clients and integrating our products into their process flow. This role will contribute to our expansion and growth efforts in the region.
The Solutions Engineer acts as a bridge between MetaMap and our clients for our **compliance, financial, and work products. **They utilize, improve, modify, and expand the Engineering team's knowledge base and create ad-hoc technical materials.
**Responsibilities**- Work with developers, product owners, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate our product into their process flow.- Have an in-depth technical understanding of our product and be able to communicate value and solutions to both tech and non-tech internal stakeholders and clients.- Create technical materials and templates.- Work within a team to deliver top-notch customer experience.
**Skills & Experience**- 3 - 5 years of experience liaising with clients within Argentina in a tech environment.- Knowledge of how to consume API services with JavaScript or an equivalent frontend or backend technology- Basic knowledge of web development.- Process-driven and able to communicate strategically with both tech and non-tech stakeholders.
