We are looking for a talented and experienced
**Global Marketing Specialist.**

In this role, you will work closely with the Technology Leadership team to develop marketing campaigns to raise awareness and generate demand for our services to support growth globally.

- Be a consultant and collaborator to technology teams and cross-functional leaders to craft our technology value proposition.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for existing and new services by owning the development of value proposition, messaging, and positioning.
- Develop full-funnel marketing strategies to raise awareness and generate demand for Globant’s services.
- Collaborate with the content development strategy to align and leverage tailored content to showcase our services to our customers.
- Unleash your creative mindset by ideating ways in which we can showcase our offering in a disruptive and persuasive way.
- Gather and analyze customer insight as well as market trends and recommend changes to marketing strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to report the performance of all campaigns and initiatives against a variety of KPIs.
- What will help you succeed:_
- Experience - at least 5 years - working in B2B marketing
- Experience in tech companies is a plus.
- Excellent English written and verbal skills
- Experience in stakeholder management & negotiation skills
- Open mind to learn new skill sets.
- Being proactive and hands-on.
- Strategic and goal-oriented/data-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
