Description
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual BDR & Field Marketing Coordinator - CALA to support regional marketing and business development initiatives across Central and Latin America. This hybrid role is ideal for an early-career professional with 1-3 years of experience in B2B tech marketing, event logistics, or sales development.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Americas, with a dotted line to the VP of Sales for LATAM, you will support field marketing campaigns, partner initiatives, and regional events, while also playing a hands-on role in driving pipeline through inbound lead follow-up, outreach, and early-stage qualification. This role will work closely with the North America Field Marketing team to ensure strategic alignment and execution across the Americas region.

Marketing & Field Support (70%
Support the execution of regional marketing programs in collaboration with NA & Global marketing, local sales, and partners to localize campaigns, decks and content.
Coordinate all logistics for field marketing activities including live and virtual events, webinars, tradeshows, roadshows, and partner programs across LATAM.
Manage event planning from pre-event setup to post-event follow-up including registration, signage, promotional items, shipping, booth materials, and staff schedules.
Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders (sales and technical SMEs to ensure timely execution of all tasks including co-marketing initiatives with regional distributors and channel partners.
Help manage marketing calendars, follow-up tasks, booth assets, and communications for events.
BDR & Sales Development (30%
Monitor and respond to inbound leads from LATAM campaigns and websites.
Conduct light discovery calls and pre-qualification of leads before handing off to Sales.
Support pipeline development efforts by collaborating with Sales and SMEs to engage accounts and uncover opportunities.
Assist with Monthly Business Review reports and opportunity alignment tracking.

**Qualifications**:
1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, event coordination, or business development.
Experience in unified communications, IT, telecom, SaaS, or cloud solutions preferred.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with high attention to detail.
Comfort working across time zones and with remote international teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and CRM/marketing tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese required; fluency in both is a strong asset.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Ability to travel up to 20% for field events or team collaboration.
Fluency in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese is required.
