About the position

**Position name**: Coordinator South Cone - Hybrid

**Reporting to**: Director, Marketing

**Location/Travel**: Argentina; Travel as required

Overview
Our client, a cutting-edge optical design, manufacturing, and image-processing technology company that leads the industry on a global scale, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator organizational and research skills to support their regional marketing initiatives.
Compensation
$1,500 - $1700 USD month

Core Responsibilities
Support the planning and management of trade shows, conferences, events and meetings by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts
Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed
Independently coordinate marketing events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral
Evaluate and monitor events performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness
Create internal approval requests for the approval of different marketing initiatives.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in marketing
Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and
proofreading skills
Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize LATAM tasks,
and meet deadlines
Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
Must have a high level of creativity
Advance English (C2 Level) is required for this position
Occasional travel may be required
