**Role Overview**:
We're hiring a **Argentina-based full-cycle sales closer** with strong English and experience selling premium private chef service built on functional nutrition and real health outcomes —You'll be closing inbound leads, managing our CRM, following up, and handling light recruitment tasks to push clients over the line. This is not appointment setting — it's sales from start to finish.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Running discovery and closing calls with inbound prospects
- Managing leads and pipeline in our CRM
- Coordinating with chefs and supporting recruitment
- Hitting clear weekly and monthly sales targets
**Requirements**:
- Fluent English (C1+) — spoken and written
- Minimum 2 years closing high-ticket services (health, coaching, wellness, or luxury)
- Strong communicator who can build trust quickly
- Comfortable using CRM tools and structured sales processes
- A strong interest / background in health and nutrition is required
- Reliable internet connection and availability during U.S. working hours
**Compensation**:
**Type**: Commission-Only (with performance-based draw)
**Location**: Mexico (remote, but must align with U.S. and partial EU hours)
**Earnings Potential**: $1,200-$3,000+ USD/month
