**What You’ll Do**
- Drive initiatives to onboard, develop, and retain talent aligned with our goals.
- Champion Ekumen’s culture, values, and employee experience.
- Foster collaboration and transparency across teams through internal communication strategies (policies, handbook, internal procedures, etc.).
- Analyze our employee journey to design initiatives that create value at every step of our careers.
- End-to-end cultural events and social gatherings.
- Design and manage DEI, recognition programs.
- Measure engagement and use insights to continuously improve culture.
- Strive to convey and adopt the highest level of work quality and ethics with customers and peers.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3-4 years of experience in culture or engagement roles, ideally in tech or remote-first environments.
- Experience with building and promoting culture within distributed and multicultural teams.
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing employee engagement data and translating insights into actionable plans
- Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate across teams.
