We seek **Knowledge Management Consultant **to join our Buenos Aires office. The person in this role will develop and maintain knowledge for the firm, and will have an opportunity to partner and collaborate with thought leaders, project teams and practice areas across ZS. This role is designed for individuals who can act as a change agent by participating in the development and implementation of organization-wide knowledge management strategy and coordinating and communicating implementation of this strategy. They have responsibility for supporting thought leaders, project teams and practice areas by collating, organizing, and disseminating external and collective knowledge of the firm to help our project teams and client service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to understand project requirements and assist building suitable solutions, through in depth understanding of therapy areas/ disease areas with regards to etiopathology, treatment algorithms, stakeholders involved in treatment and details of treatment modalities
- Thorough understanding of pharmacology and epidemiology in order to interpret, summarize and draw inferences from published clinical and research data and provide direction to project teams
- Knowledge of healthcare/ pharma sector would be preferable
- Ability to communicate effectively with client and internal project teams, senior stakeholders, understand their KM challenges, develop and maintain tactical and strategic plan of action, and report them on periodic basis
- Using knowledge management concepts, processes and policies to facilitate the process of knowledge capture using KM databases and tools
- Creating training documents/manuals, SOPs, coaching and mentoring project team mates and junior members

**Qualifications**:
We seek energetic and dynamic individuals with demonstrated track record in research and knowledge management. KM Consultants will support multiple ZS practice areas and project teams and will need to be comfortable with a fairly expansive breadth of focus.
- 5 years of relevant experience (e.g., clinical practice, business/market research, consulting, medico
- marketing, pharma-covigilance, medical writing, project management, hospital administration
- Post-graduates/Phd/Doctorate with Lifescience/healthcare background with understanding of business
- Strong computer and MS Office skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and often unstructured environment
- Exposure or knowledge of working around various secondary reserach databases like Evaluatepharma, Citeline, Adisinsights, Bloomberg, Nexis etc.
