**What a typical day will look like**

The Regional Surety and Credit Practice Latam, Develops and executes our Regional strategy for Surety & Credit (Treaty & Fac) Reinsurance.
- Responsible for the Growth of the Surety & Credit line of business in the Region.
- Own and clearly articulate our Value Proposition to clients and reinsurers, to ensure the Aon leadership is properly recognized.
- Build and maintain relationships with key Latam Credit & Surety Clients (Insurers) and reinsurers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for surety and credit reinsurance
- Negotiate and place reinsurance contracts (Treaty and Fac) with reinsurers
- Provide market analysis and expertise on Latam surety and credit insurance trends
- Collaborate with global teams to leverage expertise and resources
- Lead and develop the Latam Surety & Credit Reinsurance team.
- Develop or make available differential tools and Analytics that our clients need to improve their performance.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- 15+ years of experience in surety and credit reinsurance, with a focus

on Latam
- Experience across key markets in Latam, including Brazil, Mexico and

Argentina.
- Strong knowledge of Latam surety and credit insurance markets,

regulations, and industry trends.
- In-depth understanding of surety and credit insurance products
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Professional certifications (e.g., ACII, FCII) are an advantage
- Fluency in Spanish a must and Portuguese highly desirable
