Graphic Designer/illustrator for Design Startup

We're a design startup working with impressive brands from all over the world

We mainly work on marketing design, only b2b design.

We've been growing lately, and we're looking to bring on someone new to our team

**Benefits**:

- We only work during the week, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Pacific Standard Time.
- We don't work on most US holidays, but they are still paid (of course).
- We're a fully-remote team. The CEO currently lives in Latin America, the rest of the team also lives in Latin America as well as Europe. Work from wherever you want

- After 1 year of work, you're eligible for 14 days of paid time off.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and create logos, brochures, advertising, branding and other visual materials.
- Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
- Edit images and photographs to improve their visual appeal.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Produce high-quality work in a timely manner.
- Work with clients to determine their needs and develop designs that meet their objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years experience in marketing design
- Certification or schooling to reflect understanding of design foundations
- Fluent in written English, advanced in spoken
- Skilled in communication

**Preferences**:

- Experience working with agencies
- Creative We'd love to see your own unique style
- Highly skilled in communication, a lively energy to bring to the table
