We are looking for a highly analytical and organized **Head of Procurement **to join to a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.

As the **Head of Procurement**, you will be responsible for developing and managing procurement strategies and processes that align with the company's goals. You will also oversee the purchasing of goods and services, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct the procurement process to meet operational and administrative expectations.
- Negotiate with suppliers in accordance with company processes and procedures.
- Analyze and monitor indicator trends.
- Develop new suppliers and better negotiations for the company.
- Manage contracts of categories under his/her responsibility.
- Analyze supplier's qualification process under his/her responsibility.
- Develop, align, implement and monitor strategic negotiations.
- Visit suppliers to improve processes and share best practices.
- Analyze and make improvement suggestions to gain efficiency.
- Keep supplier's database up-to-date.

- High sense of compliance/transparency.
- Teamwork, flexibility to deal with others internal sectors.

- Good relationship skills, being able to work in a changing environment with exposure to company executives
- Positive attitude as a team player.

**Education and Experience**:

- Degree in Business Administration or Engineering or similar.
- Master BA in finance or Supply Chain is desirable.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Procurement area.
- Advanced knowledge of English (writing, speaking and reading).
- **Background in the pharmaceutical, consumer goods, logistics or manufacturing industry is preferred.**
