HR Generalist

**Role description**:
We are looking for a person, who would help us to support our HR operations in Argentina and other countries in the dedicated time zone, since we would like to expand in the area. Potentially we’ll be opening some small office space in Buenos Aires, so some minor support here also might be needed. You will be taking care of regional recruitment (roughly 50% of the time), onboarding, employee relations, communications and engagement initiatives and overall be local HR company representative, supported by the global HR team. Participation in other tasks/projects of Viseven global HR team might also take place, hence we are looking for someone who trully wants to be a generalist.

**Responsibilities**:

- conducting full-cycle recruitment for company positions, securing quality talent on time;
- carrying out necessary onboarding steps if needed to ensure fast newcomer orientation;
- making local market research as per request;
- spreading the voice of Viseven in the region to represent our employer brand;
- ensuring that all people management standards and processes are applied to the local team, driving and supporting HR initiatives on a local level;
- establishing local coworking or office in Buenos Aires (search, negotiations with landlords, bringing the coworking/office to the operations) and providing general support to its functioning (i.e. liaising with local vendors etc.)
- aligning with other offices and overseas locations regarding people planning, communications, teams set-up;
- supporting travel to/from Argentina, events/teambuildings, other activities.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in commercial organizations in recruitment or other HR domains;
- understanding of recruitment principles, instruments, processes, good to have experience with ATS and sourcing;
- experience in office/administrative management would be a plus;
- fluent English, Spanish;
- flexibility and openness, readiness to work in multicultural diverse environment (international experience is highly desirable);
- desire to implement and support HR processes, initiatives;
- being people oriented with high EQ, open-minded, respectful, tolerant, supportive and diplomatic with sound interpersonal skills;
- ownership and responsibility;
- having the desire to work remotely, autonomously (with limited supervision) and contact with wide group of people.
