As a Generalist, you'll work directly with our HR Managers and other HR professionals to support our Corporate, Distribution Center, and Store employees on performance, compensation and general HR practices through HR Help Desk. You will also work on impactful projects for HR department. You'll be given the opportunity to grow in your role, while learning from an experienced team to support the US, Canada and Mexico populations.

**What you get to do every day**:

- Provide Employee relations support to our corporate and/or store employees
- Conduct and document investigations, provide conclusions and recommendations
- Assisting in responding to benefit, policy, and payroll questions from employees
- Administration of multi-state, and end to end onboarding and offboarding process
- Manage HR compliance areas, new hire safety, anti-harassment, and other compliance training in our Learning Management System
- Maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form, update the HRIS as needed, and compiles reports from the database
- Co-championing employee engagement, including tracking of recognition programs and awards, helping plan events, and involvement in engagement initiatives
- HR administrative work as needed

**What you bring to the role**:

- 3 years of experience in a HR Generalist role
- Exceptional technical skills: Excel, Project Management, HRIS (strong admin experience)
- Experience in employee relations and supporting corporate and field employees; retail industry experience a plus
- Must be organized and detailed oriented
