**Why Kyndryl** **Your Role and Responsibilities** "As a ServiceNow Architect you will play a strategic role in Designing the layout of ServiceNow /ITSM architecture to meet customers specific needs. The role would involve working with highly skilled infrastructure architects and deployment specialists to develop and execute complex integrated solutions. He or She will prioritize building critical intellectual capital that may eventually be leveraged by the wider audience through development of best-in-class reusable assets often using bleeding edge technologies on “First of a Kind” projects, will work within a team of ServiceNow specialists providing guidence and support to deliver the solution implementation and provide technical leadership for major project initiatives, enhancements, analysis, and day-to-day project implementation if needed. **Required Technical and Professional Expertise** Required Technical & Professional Expertise: Minimun + 8 years of experience in ServiceNow, ITSM installation, configuration, development, and management Demonstrable Experience designing ServiceNow Architectural layout, to meet customer needs. Hands-on Experience launching and managing multiple ITSM services. Hands-on experience performing advanced configurations and development within the ServiceNow platform. Demonstrable experience piloting and driving new modules and functionality Experience using the ServiceNow Glide JavaScript libraries. Experience providing technical and professional guidance for the ServiceNow platform implementation Bachelor's degree ServiceNow IT Service Management Implementation Certification, and at least +1 Certification within the Service Now curricula Bachelor's Degree in Technology Agile Certification / Badge **Preferred Technical and Professional Experience** - Technology Implementation Projects leadership (Cloud or Traditional). - Experience can also involve: Implementation of Monitoring and Automation Tools, Implementation of workflows related to CMDB registration and automation. - Architecture Certification as TOGAF is Preferred. - Multicloud Management Certifications, Badges or equival - Terraform and Python Fundamentals or equivalent - Red Hat Openstack, RHEL, Opensift Fundamentals or equivalent - Masters Degree **Required Education** Bachelor's Degree **Preferred Education** Master's Degree Kyndryl is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
