**Role Objective**:
- The operations analyst will be responsible for optimizing processes and generating efficient, scalable and customer-centric solutions, in order to secure the best experience for all our stakeholders.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Be responsible for optimizing Groceries operations at Rappi
- Take care of 360 experience for the whole Groceries business ecosystem (Users, RTs, Shoppers, Partners)
- Ensure Key SLAs are consistently achieved
- Proactively identify and propose solutions to operational issues
- Create analyses to generate actionable insights
- Work in partnership with our Commercial, Tech, and Data teams to solve problems
**Key Requirements**:
- Undergraduate/first-level degree in Engineering or similar
- A deep desire to work in a highly-dynamic and constantly-changing environment
- Disruptive and critical thinking
- Deep analytical skills
- Ability to communicate ideas in a clear and structured way
- Advanced Excel skills
**Desired Requirements**:
- SQL is a plus
