Coordinar la implementación de nuevos negocios, productos y canales en todas las líneas de negocio de la compañía, asegurando una ejecución eficiente, alineada con los objetivos estratégicos y en colaboración con equipos internos y socios externos.

**Responsabilidades principales**:

- Coordinar proyectos de implementación desde la etapa de planificación hasta la ejecución final.
- Actuar como punto de contacto operativo entre áreas internas (comercial, operaciones, tecnología, etc.) y socios externos.
- Organizar y liderar reuniones de seguimiento, asegurando la correcta comunicación entre todos los actores involucrados.
- Documentar avances, riesgos y desvíos, proponiendo acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de plazos, entregables y estándares de calidad definidos para cada proyecto.
- Colaborar en la mejora continua de procesos de implementación, identificando oportunidades de optimización.

**Perfil requerido**:

- Experiência previa (1-2 años) en gestión de proyectos, implementaciones o coordinación operativa. (IDEAL)
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y organización.
- Capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y con múltiples interlocutores.
- Proactividad, orientación a resultados y atención al detalle.
- Deseable conocimiento de metodologías de gestión de proyectos (ágil, tradicional).

Este rol interactúa de forma transversal con todas las áreas de la compañía, incluyendo Comercial, Producto, Operaciones, Tecnología, Legales y Finanzas, además de mantener contacto directo con socios estratégicos.
