**Your New Role**

**Your Role Accountabilities**
- Assisting with operational requests such efficiently & correctly administrating manual offer letters requests, posting job advertisements, and projects as needed.
- Supporting on operational projects & assisting the Talent Acquisition team with operational requests.
- Partnering with other People & Culture teams and Recruiters to ensure an optimal onboarding experience for new hires.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- 1 year of previous recruitment and/or administrative experience preferred
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills to support with relationship building across the business
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high volume, high pressure environment going through organizational changes
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Demonstrable attention to detail and sense of urgency
