**ORGANIZATION AND PROGRAM PROFILE**

Delterra's Digital Coordinator will support implementation of the behavior change strategy by deploying our chatbot, advising teams on the technical requirements the team needs to deliver the chatbot, scanning existing behavior change programs at al locations and assessing the best course of action with regards to our existing chatbot. You will become the interface between the team on the ground and the chatbot product owner. Key responsibilities will include:

- Prepare and analyze chatbot reports in order to make data-driven suggestions on possible changes and improvements
- Manage conversation and flow changes in the tool, and support city teams to learn the chatbot for handovers
- Support the implementation of our chatbot across several cities in Argentina, sometimes at the same time
- Train staff on the opportunities that the chatbot offers and how to present it to cities
- Partner with colleagues and stakeholders to coordinate and achieve synergy of the chatbot roll-out with other Behavior Change initiatives to ensure timely delivery of key milestones
- Codify our chatbot learnings and implementation guide to ensure replicability and scalability, as well as cross-geography learnings

The Digital Coordinator will report to the Behavior Change Lead, with strong linkages across our operating programs in Argentina (Olavarría, Barrio 31 in Buenos Aires & multi-city scaling), and our regional and global digital efforts underway.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 6+ months of relevant work experience to include end-to-end implementation of digital tools and upgrades
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree
- Native fluency in Spanish and professional written and spoken fluency in English
- Solutions-oriented and pragmatic mindset with the ability to remain positive in the face of setbacks and unexpected challenges
- Passion for technology innovation - we welcome you to bring in ideas of your own
