  • As Digital Coordinator you will be responsible to lead Digital Transformation roadmap supported by company strategy and business priorities by shaping their demands and identifying opportunities. You will be in close engagement with internal customers to understand and translate customers need into business and technology solutions.**Activities and Responsibilities**
  • Customer-centric focus: working to translate the needs of users into digital business opportunities with a Data-Driven mindset.
  • Organization Change Management to help people embrace and support the changes and bring the best users experience.
  • Develop strategies to have a great communication between Departments being a core partner to the units.
  • Be a key player of the Digital Transformation inside the company
  • Enable the digital strategy and bring efficiencies through digitization and automation of processes.

**Required Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in related area
  • Fluent in oral and written English
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to think strategically about business. Customer-facing skills building solutions, storytelling, conflict resolution, customer oriented, and growth mindset
  • Good understanding of existing technologies and ability to research on market trends about innovation and new technologies, to identify, evaluate, and select the most suitable/profitable digital solution

**Desired Qualifications**

  • Previous knowledge in Project Management & Agile methodology skills
  • Digital Product Lifecycle knowledge
  • Change management experience
