**JOB DESCRIPTION** Group overview**
JPMorgan’s Global Investment Bank (GIB), which sits under the Corporate and Investment Bank, is an integral and highly visible part of the firm that delivers strategic advice and solutions, including capital raising, risk management, and trade finance services to corporations, institutions and governments across the globe.

The GIB Business Management team sits under the Global Finance & Business Management (F&BM) organization of the firm and provides analytical, strategic and operational thought leadership to the GIB and F&BM management teams while driving the priorities of the business through strategic initiatives and everyday solutions.

As a member of the Central Business Management group, you will be part of a group of talented and driven individuals to function as the data analysis “engine” for the GIB’s product groups (Mergers & Acquisitions, Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets).

Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, you will work closely with the broader business management team in New York, providing support by preparing business performance analyses and delivering other support materials that senior management uses to stay informed on business performance and competitor issues.

**Responsibilities**:
Track and understand trends in GIB’s booked fees and deal pipeline activity. Provide insights on drivers of change to finance partners and management team and supporting data to New York Product BMs as part of the revenue budgeting / forecasting process

Analyze Dealogic competitor data to benchmark JPMorgan performance against other IB peers and assist the management team in understanding underlying trends behind competitor trends across IB products.

Provide weekly updates to senior management on deals announced/closed/priced, new mandates, changes in pipeline and forecast and other relevant performance metrics.

Prepare content in Business Reviews and Town Halls. Review revenue and expense trends and competitor metrics to provide insights on performance highlights as well as competitive risk areas.

Built and/or maintain various databases to monitor proprietary deal-related information not available in public sources to facilitate enhanced business analyses. Prepare and summarize banker performance KPIs used in year-end evaluation and compensation decisions.

Facilitate and manage various data-based initiatives around banker time tracking analyses, client coverage organization; headcount and organization projections; talking points for senior management meetings.

Partner with New York Product BMs to assist with ad hoc requests to support the growth and development of the business.

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Strong analytical background to perform analysis of fee/pipeline and league table data
- Strong analytic fundamentals including basic financial modeling
- General understanding of, or dedicated interest to learn, investment banking products
- Microsoft Office experience including Excel, PowerPoint and Word required
- Resourceful team player with a positive attitude
- Tableau and Alteryx experience a plus
