**WE ARE HIRING**

We are looking for a **Human Resources Representative** to join our translation company. You will be responsible for supporting the HR activities within the organization, including employee relations, benefits administration, training and development, and compliance. You will also handle the paperwork and clearances required for our internal staff and freelance linguists to work on specific contracts.

To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's or associate's degree in human resources or a related field, and at least one year of experience in HR. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a good working knowledge of HR laws and regulations. Experience with HR software, including Microsoft Office, is a plus.

**Essential duties and responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain accurate employee and linguist records and gather all related documentation and key details.
- Create and deliver Non-Disclosure Agreement and contracts.
- Ensure employee and linguist records are secure from tampering or theft.
- Maintain the HR department's policies and programs and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
- Handle onboarding and provide guidance in benefits and compensation methods.
- Provide counselling on policies and procedures to employees and managers.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and other mandatory reports.
- Provide training and development programs to employees and linguists as needed.

**Education, Experience, & Skills Required**:

- Bachelor's or associate's degree in human resources, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in HR or similar positions.
- Good working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good typing skills.
- High proficiency handling Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Advanced - Bilingual in English.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.

**Available Schedule**:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 05:30 p.m. ET
