Technical Project Manager

**ROLE OVERVIEW**

As a Technical Project Manager, you will manage and deliver complex, cross-functional projects across our technology and product landscape. You will work closely with engineering, product, compliance, and business teams to ensure successful execution aligned with strategic goals. You will report to the Program Manager (line) and Head of Technology (functional).

Beyond core delivery excellence, you will also be expected to embrace and integrate **AI tools and automation** into your daily workflows, improving operational efficiency, enabling smarter decisions, and driving innovation across teams.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- ** Project Planning & Delivery**
- Lead end-to-end project execution, from scoping and requirements to launch and post-mortem.
- Define project plans, timelines, goals, and risk assessments with clear accountability. Deliver on time, within scope, and to quality expectations.
- **AI-Driven Workflow & Innovation**
- Proactively identify opportunities to use **AI-powered tools** to improve project workflows (e.g., reporting, documentation, sprint planning, QA coordination).
- Partner with technical and data teams to **pilot AI-driven automations and efficiencies** where appropriate.
- Foster a culture of **continuous improvement** and experimentation through applied innovation.
- **Stakeholder & Team Collaboration**
- Align cross-functional teams on shared goals and timelines, keeping everyone informed and accountable.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure that blockers, risks, and dependencies are managed effectively.
Coordinate external vendor integrations and third-party implementations when needed.
- **Technical & Governance Leadership**
- Understand and communicate technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, databases, and system architecture.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements relevant to iGaming and fintech.
Maintain accurate documentation and transparent communication across tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
- **Reporting & Communication**
- Provide clear, concise updates to leadership on milestones, risks, and delivery KPIs.
- Use data to monitor progress, report outcomes, and highlight opportunities for process optimization.

**WHAT WE´RE LOOKING FOR**:

- ** Professional Background**
- 5+ years of project management experience in high-growth technology environments.
- Track record of delivery in **iGaming**, **fintech**, or **scaling digital product companies**.
Experience managing initiatives in regulated and fast-moving contexts.
- **Technical Proficiency (required)**
- Solid knowledge of APIs, system integrations, microservices, and relational databases.
- Comfortable discussing technical implementation details and navigating product-engineering interfaces.
Familiar with modern SDLC practices, agile frameworks, CI/CD, and cloud-native tools.
- **AI Fluency**
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in **leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, GitHub Copilot)** for personal productivity and team efficiency.
Ability to identify use cases for AI automation and work with internal teams to validate and implement them.
- **Languages & Communication**
- **Fluent in Spanish** (spoken and written) - required.
- **Very strong English communication skills** - essential for working across international teams.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
