**Job Overview**

The **Global Events Coordinator** is responsible for delivering high-quality experiences through the production of webinars. They will be responsible for all aspects of a webinar experience including setting up webinars, resolving technical and comms/connectivity issues, providing live support for participants and facilitators during webinars, and ensuring a positive and engaging webinar environment.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Building ON24 webinars for multiple business stakeholders.
- Managing and overseeing / producing webinars for stakeholders when required.
- Give recommendations on updates and developments of webinar environments.
- Technical support (platform management and troubleshooting) for rehearsal and live sessions
- Assist with tracking demand, data gathering, reporting and other analytics
- Maintain and respond to customer queries, interface bugs, usability issues, and other problems.
- Work with our own IT and ON24 to resolve any technical issues
- Pull and sharing of meeting data for post event report (attendance, Q&A and polling results)
- Support and produce webinars across international time zones
- Managing team mailboxes
- Booking project calls, taking call notes, and circulating in a timely manner

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or equivalent minimum education
- Degree in Events, IT or Business Admin would be advantageous, but not essential
- 3+ years' related experience in webinar technology
