**OPPORTUNITY TO EARN IN USD** (_after probationary period_)

Due to continuing company success, Frost & Sullivan is currently seeking a “Online Events Coordinator” based in Buenos Aires. In this role, you will play a critical role in maintaining the Think Tanks planning schedule, ensuring audio and video are working during all Tech Checks, and hosting LIVE Think Tanks. You will also be responsible for compiling reports and reviewing campaigns to adhere to branding guidelines. In addition to these duties, you will develop manuals and handbooks related to Growth Council Think Tanks and collaborate with Demand Gen to develop a Zoom Database. Your work will be essential in supporting our global teams and driving the company's growth goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain Think Tanks planning schedule
- Host all Tech Checks to ensure audio and video are working for internal and external panelists
- Host live Think Tanks using a script, launching poll questions, and providing support to internal and external panelists
- Compiling reports (registration, attendee, performance, and polls) from Zoom and recordings after each Think Tank and sending to global teams
- Review Think Tank campaigns to adhere to branding guidelines
- Develop manuals, handbooks, and infographics related to Growth Council Think Tanks
- Develop a Zoom Database for Growth Council Think Tanks in collaboration with Demand Gen
- Send Zoom tracking links to social media teams
- Keep all Think Tanks on the Zoom Platform up to date
- Other duties to be assigned as necessary and may vary at times, as needed by your immediate supervisor or as directed by the company.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of customer service experience
- Have excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills with complete fluency in the English
- Must demonstrate strong and effective communication skills. Must be able to lead by example effectively. Excellent planning, organization, and task management skills.
- Strong knowledge of PC software programs, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Zoom.
- Experience in event planning or project management is a plus
- Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced work environment, and demonstrate team cooperation is required
- Effective time management skills, with strong organization and prioritization abilities
- Have a positive “can do” attitude and ability to communicate at various levels of a global organization
- Be flexible and enjoy working with people
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision
