We are searching the best talent for **Communications & Public Affairs Analyst** to be located in **Buenos Aires, Argentina** (Global Mobility Not Applicable).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Map current stakeholders in TAs related to Janssen’s business and partner with multiple stakeholders to advance the company’s external strategy
- Support therapeutic area teams in developing internal and external communications initiatives and experiences related to upcoming launches.
- Assist with the development, coordination and design of events and materials related to upcoming launches.
- Coordinate agencies and vendors.
- Help to track, measure and report the progress and outcomes of the work

**Calificaciones**
Technical skills**:
In this job you are expected to exhibit proficiency, ability and/or knowledge in the following areas:

- Exceptional writing ability.
- Experience in PR/Communications campaigns.
- Understanding of how traditional and social media work.
- Experience in working for or with agencies is preferred.
- Excellent listening and reasoning skills; creativity in developing ideas; ability to manage multiple projects at the same time; comfort in dealing with complex situations and an interest in new media/communications approaches.
- Excellent partnering skills

- Sense of urgency/Prioritize tasks
- Desire to learn and grow
- Respect for diversity in all aspects

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism or other related area is required.
- 2 years of previous experience in PR, Communications is preferred.
- Fluency in English, oral and written
