**Sr. Marketing Analyst**
**RedMas Argentina** | **Full Time**

**OBJECTIVES**
The Sr Marketing Analyst is responsible for planning, executing and following up on the diverse initiatives of the Marketing department.

In addition, he/she will perform market data collection, analysis and production of valuable and insightful reports to contribute to the sales team and partners.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Planning, execution, and follow-up of projects and initiatives of the Marketing department.
- Being a facilitator and coordinating with the different areas to achieve the agility of the actions.
- Provide insights in order to support the marketing and sales team in the development of commercial proposals.
- Be aware of market trends in order to support the commercial team by promoting the generation of content aligned with and based on them.
- Generation of strategies to reach the target audience.
- Benchmarking and competitor analysis for the constant improvement of our communication actions.
- Understand business needs in order to design and implement research methods for the company and business units.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- English: Advanced
- Plus Four (4+) years of experience developed in B2B companies in Latin America
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working for digital ecosystem
- Research, and analytical skills
