We are looking for a new IT Director for our internal staff

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the regional or functional IT budget and ensure that IT resources are used efficiently and effectively
- Lead a team of IT professionals and provide them with the training and resources they need to be successful
- Ensure that the company's IT systems are secure and reliable
- Deliver best in class end-user support to employees and consultants in the region
- Monitor the latest IT trends and technologies and recommend new ways to improve the company's IT systems and processes
- Work with other departments to ensure that the company's IT systems meet their needs

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT management
- Experience with IT budgeting and resource management
- Experience leading and managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Azure, and Intune
- Experience with IT security and compliance
- Experience with one or more networking technologies including NGFW, wireless and Zero Trust

**Practical experience in**:
Infrastructure Management
- Overseeing the planning, implementation, and management of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and security systems
- Ensuring that the company's IT infrastructure is scalable and reliable to meet the needs of the business
- Managing the life cycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, and retirement
- Working with vendors to ensure that the company is getting the best possible deals on IT products and services
- Staying up-to-date on the latest IT infrastructure trends and technologies and recommending new ways to improve the company's IT infrastructure
